How do I register for the conference?
The home screen has three options listed in the Horizon Summit graphic. Please select one of these three options.
What is included in the cost of my registration?
There are three different types of attendee participation passes available. Each participant pass will clearly list what is included with each.
Are meals included with my registration?
There are three different types of participation passes available. However, the only pass that would include Lunch and Dinner is the VIP Pass.
Can I cancel my registration?
All passes are non-refundable.
How can I buy tickets for special events?

Can I purchase tickets when I get to the meeting?

Where are the Terms and Conditions for participating in the Horizon Summit?
Sponsorship AgreementTerms and Conditions 1. Terms: Sponsorship Agreement between Neptune Media (“Organizer”) and (“Sponsor”) is valid from the date it is fully executed through the end of the 2024 Horizon Summit (the “sponsored event”).2. Sponsor Marketing Use Agreement: Sponsor may use the following tagline on its marketing material during the term of this Sponsorship Agreement: “Official Sponsor of Horizon Summit 2024”.3. Production Timeline: In order for Organizer to fulfill all promotional benefits for Sponsor, Sponsor agrees to meet all Organizer related submission deadlines:3.1 Logo in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG; high-resolution only accepted if no vector exists), and sponsor URL to current InfoSec job postings will be sent within 10 business days from date this Sponsorship Agreement is fully executed.3.2 All required content must be submitted by March 31, 2024 to be included in printed or digital materials. (Logos submitted after that date will be posted to cisoevents.com (“the website”) associated online media. They will not be included in between talks/on-screen graphics during the conference.)4. Sponsor Trademark Usage: Notwithstanding above, Sponsor agrees to allow Organizer to use Sponsor’s trademark/logo/tagline solely to perform and fulfill its obligations under this Sponsorship Agreement. Usage may include, but is not limited to:4.1 Event web pages.4.2 Sponsor benefit items including, but limited to, those detailed in the Sponsor Agreement.4.3 Any digital banners or on-screen graphics on webpages, social media, or other media directly related to the event.5. Web Reference: Sponsor may publish an Internet hyperlink from Sponsor’s website to the event website, and maintain the hyperlink as an active, functional, and correct link to the website through the duration of the event and thereafter unless removal is requested by Organizer.6. Payment: The preferred payment method is by ACH or wire transfer to the account on the invoice that will follow the execution of this agreement. If 7. Sponsor needs to process payment through Accounts Payable, Net 15 terms are acceptable, however all payments must be made by March 31, 2024. Credit cards are acceptable as a last resort, but are not preferred. In the event that credit card payment cannot be avoided, Sponsor agrees to pay credit card processing fees. Failure to pay the full balance 75 days before the event will subject sponsorship to cancellation.8. Code of Conduct (“CoC”): All sponsors are required to adhere to the Organizer’s CoC, which can be found at cisoevents.com/coc. Organizer reserves the right to update the CoC as needed.9. Non-endorsement: The use of Sponsor’s name within the event website or mailing list does not constitute endorsement by Organizer of the Sponsor, the Sponsor’s services, products, or programs. Additionally, the Sponsor is not permitted to represent in any manner that such products, services, or programs have been endorsed by Organizer10. Non-exclusivity: Organizer does not award exclusive sponsorship or establish exclusive relationships. Sponsor shall not imply that such a preferential relationship exists between Sponsor and Organizer.11. Limited Liability: In the event that circumstances beyond the commercially reasonable control of Organizer interferes with, or prevents Organizer from fulfilling, in part, or all of, Sponsor’s promotional benefits under this Sponsorship Agreement, Sponsor, by signing this Sponsorship Agreement, holds Organizer, as well as their Board of Directors harmless from all legal and financial liability to Sponsor, caused by such circumstances, beyond the fee paid by Sponsor for this sponsorship. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: failure of third parties to fulfill obligations that are required to fulfill Sponsor’s promotional benefits, health and safety concerns including COVID-related event changes or cancellations, and force majeure as detailed below.12. Force Majeure: Neither Organizer or Sponsor shall be deemed in default of this Sponsorship Agreement to the extent that performance of its obligations or attempts to cure any breach are delayed or prevented by reason of fire, flood, natural disaster, accident, act of government, or any other causes beyond its commercially reasonable control.13. Rejection: Organizer is a private entity and as such reserves the right to reject a potential sponsor for any reason and need not provide an explanation, public or private, for this rejection.14. Entire Agreement: Documents, together with the documents and attachments hereto, contain the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, oral or written, with respect to such matters, which the parties acknowledge have been merged into such documents and attachments.
